Free delivery is available to eligible addresses in England, Scotland and Wales only. It does not apply to Northern Ireland or international orders.
Next-Day Delivery Cut-Off
Orders using our ⚡ Fast Track Next Working Day service must be placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday.
Eligible orders will receive priority processing, be dispatched on the same working day and delivered on the next working day.
Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Our Royal Mail and DHL next-day services provide next-working-day delivery after dispatch but do not include priority processing.

Order Processing Times
Processing time is the time required for us to prepare, pack and pass your order to the courier. It is separate from the courier’s delivery time.
In-stock Products
In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days.
During exceptionally busy periods, including Black Friday and December, processing may take up to three working days.
Fast Track Orders
Eligible Fast Track orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are moved to the front of our processing queue and dispatched on the same working day.
Fast Track is only available on eligible Signature Christmas Pyjamas. If the option is not displayed at checkout, your order does not qualify.
Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.
Personalised Products
Please allow approximately 7–10 days before dispatch for personalised products.
This is the time required to create your personalised item and does not include the courier’s delivery time. This includes personalised Santa sacks and Personalised Christmas Pyjamas.
Pre-order Pyjamas
Pre-order pyjamas are normally dispatched within approximately 3–4 weeks of placing your order.
The courier delivery timeframe selected at checkout begins once your pre-order has arrived with us and your complete order has been dispatched.
Orders Containing Different Product Types
If your order contains in-stock products alongside pre-order or personalised products, the complete order will be held and dispatched together when every item is ready.
We do not currently dispatch parts of an order separately. Please place separate orders if you need your in-stock items sooner.

Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
European Union Countries – Delivered Duty Paid
Orders sent to European Union countries, including the Republic of Ireland, are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
All applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in the amount paid at checkout. Customers will not be asked to pay additional customs charges when their order arrives.
United States and Canada – Customs Charges Included
Customs duties, tariffs and import taxes for orders sent to the United States and Canada are paid by us.
Customers will not be asked to pay additional customs charges when their order arrives.
Rest of the World – Delivered Duty Unpaid
Orders sent to destinations outside the United Kingdom, European Union, United States and Canada are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
Customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and courier brokerage charges are not included in the order or delivery price.
Any applicable charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer.
Delivery Estimates and Delays
Delivery times are estimates unless you have selected a service specifically described as guaranteed.
Occasionally, deliveries may be affected by courier disruption, customs processing, severe weather, bank holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will provide an update wherever possible.
Missing or Delivered Parcels
If your tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us as soon as possible.

Our annual stock arrives each September. If a product sells out after this time, unfortunately we’re unable to restock it again until the following year.
