Refund policy

**WE ARE NOW CLOSED AND CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES**

Our return policy allows 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return (after Christmas day we can't accept returns or size exchanges). Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests made after this period has passed. 

**DECEMBER UPDATE**
We are extremely busy at the moment, so replies can take 2-3 weeks as we are urgently trying to ensure all new orders are dispatched on time for a guaranteed delivery.

If you are looking to size exchange, please order the replacement size you need today to ensure you receive it for Christmas. Then complete the returns form to send back your incorrect size (at the bottom of the page)

How to create a return:

Creating a return is simple. We ask you to contact us by completing our form below:

We have a strict policy regarding returned items: all returns must be in their original, unused condition. This means they must be free from makeup marks, pet hair, tan stains, perfume, body odor, or any other signs of wear that could affect their resale quality.

We reserve the right to reject returns on this basis

 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase*
  • All tags and labels must still be inside the items. 
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed. 
  • Please ensure all pyjamas are returned in their original packaging. To maintain resale quality, any missing tissue packaging or unfolded items may incur a repackaging fee and delay your refund.

During the busy periods, returns can take up to two weeks to process.

* We can not accept returns or size exchanges after the 20th of December
* If your return requires re-packaging or ironing due to inadequate packaging, your refund may be delayed while we restore the items to a sellable condition

Colour me in Pyjamas
We’re unable to accept returns on pyjamas that have been coloured in.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
PLEASE AVOID ORDERING MULTIPLE SIZES TO TRY ON AND RETURNING THOSE THAT DON'T FIT - If this happens, we won't be able to accept returns for incorrect sizes. Instead, please select the size you believe will fit you best. If it doesn't fit, we'll be happy to exchange it for a different size.

We are unable to accept returns on personalised items, unless there is an error with the print finish.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and return the item you have. Once we receive your item back, we will then process a refund.  

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Returns and exchanges after the 23rd of December
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or size exchanges after December 23rd. All parcels will be refused after this time. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

January Sales
We do not accept size exchanges or returns during our January Sale which starts Boxing day.
