Missing or Delivered Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched and marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the delivery passes to the courier service.
If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must raise a query directly with the courier to allow them to carry out a full investigation. We are happy to provide any supporting information required, including proof of dispatch and tracking details.
Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier, including situations where parcels may have been left in a safe place or received by a neighbour.
Refunds or replacements can only be considered once the courier has completed their investigation and officially confirmed the parcel as lost.
