Ordered Christmas pyjamas 3 days before Christmas and accidentally clicked the wrong delivery method meaning my order wouldn’t arrive on time. I emailed and the team very quickly sent an invoice so I could pay for the correct delivery to get them on time. They’ve arrived today and look and feel great. Very impressed with the product. Even more impressed by the customer service. Ordered Christmas pyjamas 3 days before Christmas and accidentally clicked the wrong delivery method meaning my order wouldn’t arrive on time.
