Return & Exchange Policy


At The Christmas Pyjamas, our ultimate goal is to offer you something you'll absolutely love, with quality that stands the test of time. We understand that sometimes the sizing or styles might not be quite right for you, and you may need to return it for a refund or exchange.

To start a return or exchange, please complete the form at the bottom of this page. 

Our returns policy applies to items purchased under 14 days. If 14 days have passed then we are unable to refund or exchange your item. To be eligible for a return we require the below:

We have a strict policy regarding returned items:
All returns must be in their original, unused condition. This means they must be free from makeup marks, pet hair, tan stains, perfume, body odor, or any other signs of wear that could affect their resale quality.

We reserve the right to reject returns on this basis

 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase 
  • All tags and labels must still be inside the items. 
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed. 
  • Please ensure all pyjamas are returned in their original packaging. To maintain resale quality, any missing tissue packaging or unfolded items may incur a repackaging fee and delay your refund.

During the busy periods, returns can take 2-3 weeks to process.

We’re unable to accept returns on pyjamas that have been coloured in.

Personalised Items
We’re unable to accept returns on any personalised item

IMPORTANT:
We kindly ask that you avoid purchasing multiple sizes just to try on and return. Returns for incorrect sizing won’t be accepted in these cases. Instead, please choose the size you feel will fit you best — and if it isn’t quite right, we’ll happily exchange it for another size.

Deadline for Returns and exchanges:
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or size exchanges after December 20th.

Exchanges (If applicable)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and return the item you have. Once we receive your item back, we will then process a refund.  

We shall only exchange an item if
1) It is damaged
2) The wrong size was ordered. We can only exchange the same item that was originally ordered.

Shipping your item back to us

Once you’ve contacted us about a return or exchange, our customer service team will get back to you with the return details and postage address. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
